Shipping is free of charge for all orders within the United States.
International orders valued at over $300 will also be shipped complimentary.*
Returns can be made up to seven days after you receive your order. Simply contact hello@shoparmature.com and let us know why you need a return.
Sadly, we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. Our made-to-order items are also final sale, due to their bespoke nature.
In the very rare event that a made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind item has not met your expectations, we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues. If you are unsure if an item is right for you, please email any style or fit questions to our customer care team and they’ll gladly assist you.
Nothings indestructible, so in the case where you damage or break your Armature piece, feel free to reach out to us to get an estimate on the cost of your repair.
On the rare occasion a package is lost or damaged, the shipping courier will be liable. Most shipping couriers will provide insurance options for international deliveries, and this is the best option to ensure your Armature order arrives safely.
Undeliverable orders will be returned to Armature headquarters, and you will be notified. Re-delivery can be arranged for a fee, but please note we do not issue refunds on undeliverable packages. So stay home or make sure someone can wait in for that order, it will be worth it.
